In these festive days, where anything is possible and nothing is too extravagant, white mulled wine presents itself as the ideal companion.<\/p>\n

The recipe we propose today is ZEN white mulled wine<\/strong>, an innovative and refined version, created from our dried white wine. Born from the wise selection and drying of the best grapes, this passito<\/strong> is a symphony of fruity aromas and woody and spicy notes, inherited from aging in wood.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 1 liter of ZEN White Passito<\/li>\n
  • 300 ml of organic apple juice<\/li>\n
  • 2 cinnamon sticks<\/li>\n
  • 1 star anise<\/li>\n
  • 2 organic oranges<\/li>\n
  • 6 cloves<\/li>\n
  • 3 cm of fresh ginger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Cut the orange peel and slice the ginger into thin rounds, first removing the skin.<\/li>\n
    • In a pot, combine the wine, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, star anise, orange peel, cloves, and ginger pieces and let infuse for about 1 hour.<\/li>\n
    • Then bring it to a boil and, after 5 minutes from the start of boiling, gradually lower the flame and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for about 3 minutes, then filter.<\/li>\n
